It all began as a small wooden bakery near the coast of Tamarindo, a simple space filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread every morning. What started as a dream soon became a daily ritual of mixing, kneading, and baking with purpose. Between the hush of the sea and the heat of the oven, we learned that patience and attention to detail make all the difference.
At Your Bread Point, we believe good bread takes time. Every dough is made with natural ingredients, long fermentation, and the care of real hands no shortcuts, no rush. Our sourdough develops a crisp crust with a moist, aromatic crumb; our sunflower-seed loaf brings a soft texture, toasted notes, and a nourishing touch that fits everyday life. We bake with intention: flavor, texture, and honesty.
Over time, our empanadas became famous: golden, flaky, and oven-baked never fried with generous fillings that change with the seasons and what our community loves most. And when the oven cools a little, out come the cinnamon rolls: soft, fragrant, glazed just enough to highlight the cinnamon and butter the perfect excuse for a good coffee.
Today, our little bakery has become a meeting place for locals and travelers who share a love for honest food, well-made coffee, and the warmth of coastal life. From sunrise to sunset, we bake with the same passion that started it all creating moments of comfort, one loaf, one empanada, or one roll at a time.
